Who Is Eligible for the Ford Military Appreciation Program?

Current, retired, and veterans from all branches of the U.S. armed services, their spouses, and household members qualify for the cash bonus for the military appreciation program. You can confirm your eligibility online or provide our sales team with proof of eligibility to receive you discount.

How to Apply for Our Military Appreciation Program

To verify your military status, we may ask you to provide proof of eligibility. The following items are acceptable:

• Active Duty Service Members: Leave & Earnings Statement (LES), Active duty Enlisted Record Brief (ERB)/Officer Record Brief (ORB), Enlistment Contract
<>li>Veterans: DD214 (Discharge Details Form 214), NGB form 22 (National Guard Bureau similar to a DD214), Veterans Health Identification Card (VHIC), or Veteran Identification Card (VIC), Driver's License or DMV-Issued State ID with VETERAN endorsement
• Retirees: Retiree Account Statement (eRAS), DD214 or NGB form 22 (must show 20 years of service or the reason for discharge was retirement)
• Surviving Spouses & Household members: upload any of the military documents listed in the categories above. Surviving Spouses can also submit a Casualty Report (DD Form 1300).
